Understand the problem
I start by getting close to the real problem. That means talking to users, reviewing data, and understanding business goals so I am solving the right thing, not just redesigning a screen.
Clarify structure and flow
Once the problem is clear, I focus on structure. I map flows, clean up information architecture, and define hierarchy so the experience makes sense before visual design comes into play.

Design and iterate
I design with intent, starting simple and refining through feedback. I collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research to test ideas, adjust quickly, and make sure the solution works in real conditions.

Validate and deliver
I validate designs through testing, data, or stakeholder review, then support implementation through launch. I stay focused on outcomes and make sure the work actually performs once it is live.
